Getting married at the Pavillon de l'Évidence

I have not filmed a wedding here yet. It is a venue well regarded among wedding suppliers in the region, with consistently positive feedback. This page gathers what the venue publishes and what a videographer takes from reading it, to help your search. I will complete it from the inside as soon as I have spent a day there, camera in hand.

What a videographer looks for in this venue

Without having filmed here yet, much can be read in a venue's spaces. Here is what would count at the Pavillon de l'Évidence.

An orangery of glass and steel

600 m² under nine metres of height, with glazed walls, is a very particular case to film. Natural light passes through all day, which is a luxury, but it changes fast and is difficult at midday. Late in the day, however, a glazed volume of that size produces images no stone hall can match.

From 50 to 600 people in the same space

That range is rare. It means the venue suits an intimate wedding as well as a very large reception, but it also means the staging matters: with 50 guests in 600 m², the space must be structured or the film feels empty.

Sainte-Suzanne next door

One of France's most beautiful villages is a few minutes away. For a couple's session or establishing shots, that is an extra setting with no equivalent in the department.

Wedding videographer in Mayenne

Studio SB creates wedding films in Mayenne and across the region. On weddings far from Mayenne, where I am based, scouting the day before is part of the package: it lets me see the light at the exact hour of the ceremony rather than discovering it on the day.

This venue is one of the Mayenne wedding venues I document. You can also discover the wedding film packages or the Google reviews left by the couples I have worked with.

Contacting the venue

Studio SB neither owns nor manages the Pavillon de l'Évidence. Contact them directly for availability, rates and viewings.
