I have not filmed a wedding here yet. It is a venue well regarded among wedding suppliers in the region, with consistently positive feedback. What a videographer looks for in this venue

Long before a first scouting visit, a venue's details announce its constraints. Here are the ones that would show on screen at La Rairie.

Two halls of opposite character

A white hall with a fireplace and a polished-concrete room with contemporary chandeliers: two atmospheres, and therefore two palettes within the same film. For an edit that contrast is a gift, allowing a change of register between dinner and the evening without the transition feeling forced.

A 400-metre drive

A tree-lined entrance four hundred metres long is a ready-made opening shot, by car or on foot, and a depth of field few estates can offer.

100 m² of covered terrace

It guarantees the drinks reception happens outdoors whatever the weather. In Loire-Atlantique, where a late-afternoon shower is hardly unusual, that detail often decides half the images of the day.
